High School Art Contest
Calling all High School Art Students:
Have you ever wanted to showcase your art in a juried gallery/ store setting? This
is your chance.
The Studio & Art Bar will be holding a High School Art Contest and Exhibition from
April 1,2009 until May 31, 2009. All local High School Students are eligible to enter.
You must be entered in grades 9 through 12 in the 2008-2009 school year.
Artworks can be in any medium and in any form. Paintings, Sculpture, Fibers,
Pottery, Etc will all be considered.
To enter, send us jpgs of all works to be entered online to
andrea@thestudioandartbar.com along with your name, work titles, work mediums,
school, grade, age, phone number, and address by March 15, 2009. All artists will
be notified with their acceptance status on or before March 20, 2009.
Join us on Friday, April 3, 2009 from 6 to 9pm for the Opening Reception. Artists
are strongly encouraged to join us that evening and to invite their family and
friends to see their artwork on display. Sparkling Cider and light refreshments will
be served.
Prizes will be awarded to "Judges Choice" and "People's Choice".
