The Studio and Art Bar is a creative and vibrant store is filled with an eclectic mix of
apparel, jewelry, home and garden accessories including incredible works of fine art.
The Studio's "something for everyone" array of merchandise ranges from small,
lighthearted gifts and novelty items to original art. Customers enjoy the colorful and
whimsical shopping experience offered by The Studio, which inspires happiness the
minute you walk through the door.

Adults and children alike relish the opportunity to express themselves in The Art Bar's
hands-on workshop. The Art Bar's upbeat, supportive environment embraces the spirit
of all who delight in the creative process.

Seasonally we host opening receptions and debuts of the work of new artists. These
community-focused events celebrate art by bringing the artists, their work and their
stories to you. We are constantly amazed and inspired by the possibilities in art and its
countless forms and invite you to join us! We also participate in the First Friday
celebrations and host additional hours from 5 to 9 pm.


In a continuous search for local talent and undiscovered art forms, we encourage you to
send artists our direction.  Students are also welcome to submit work for consideration.

The Studio began in 2001 when a group of creative women joined forces to
promote art in downtown York, PA. Over the past several years, The Studio has
evolved and continues to develop into the vision of its creators. Whether the
medium is canvas, ceramic, glass, metal, or wood - these functional and decorative
objects delight and amaze all those who visit our store.
